The Basic Diver SSI is an extended scuba experience, perfect for those who want to dive deeper into the underwater world. Unlike the Try Scuba program, this experience includes two full dives, allowing you to spend more time underwater, build confidence, and explore further. As always, no previous experience or certification is required—just the ability to swim.

2️⃣ How does the activity work?

The program lasts approximately 4 hours and starts with an orientation session covering the use of the equipment and basic safety rules. You’ll then take your first dive down to 5 meters, perfect for getting comfortable in the water. After a short break, you'll go for a second dive, descending up to 12 meters, always guided by a certified SSI instructor.

3️⃣ Where does the diving take place?

Both dives take place at Playa Chica, Puerto del Carmen, one of Lanzarote’s top-rated recreational diving sites. Its protected waters, volcanic seabed, and rich marine life make it the ideal setting for an unforgettable underwater adventure.
